Terms of Service

Welcome to Precise Tint. By requesting, scheduling, or receiving our window tinting services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Precise Tint provides automotive window tinting services. All services are subject to availability, vehicle condition, and customer requirements.

Quotes and Payments

All service pricing will be communicated before work begins. Additional charges must be discussed and approved before additional work is performed. Payment methods and timing will be communicated when scheduling or confirming services.

Appointments and Cancellations

Customers are encouraged to provide advance notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Any deposit or cancellation requirements will be communicated before an appointment is confirmed.

Customer Responsibilities

Window Tint Laws

Customers are responsible for understanding applicable state and local window tint regulations. Precise Tint encourages customers to select tint percentages that comply with applicable laws.

Installation and Aftercare

Customers should follow all aftercare instructions provided after installation. Temporary haze, moisture, or minor visual changes may occur during the normal curing process. Customers should allow the recommended curing time before rolling windows down or cleaning newly tinted glass.

Warranty

Any warranty coverage, exclusions, and duration will be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase. Warranty coverage must be provided in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Precise Tint will perform services with reasonable care and professionalism. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

Precise Tint reserves the right to update these terms as business practices or applicable laws change.
